Ask where Alan Ritchson lives, and the answer is Brentwood, Tennessee, a suburb south of Nashville, but very little about the house itself has been documented. The Alan Ritchson house is reported as a $3 million purchase from August 2023, yet we found no deed, listing, or photo, and a September 2026 Economic Times piece traces that figure back to a property blog. This guide covers the Brentwood home, the Florida house he sold, the March 2026 street incident near his home, and what is still unconfirmed, and it keeps confirmed facts apart from repeated ones.

1. Alan Ritchson House: The Brentwood, Tennessee Home
Location: Brentwood, Williamson County, Tennessee (street not published)
Price: Reported at about $3 million (August 2023); no deed or listing opened
Size: Not reported
Status: Reported as his Tennessee base; current occupants not public
What Is Reported
Celebrity Net Worth, in a profile last updated on October 1, 2026, says Alan and Catherine Ritchson paid $3 million for a home in Brentwood in August 2023, and calls the town an affluent suburb of Nashville. Property-tracking sites repeat the same price and month. We found no deed, listing, permit, or news report that shows the sale record, and the Economic Times piece credits the purchase to a property blog, so the $3 million is best read as reported, not recorded.
Some pages also give a $3.1 million value for 2026 as the Alan Ritchson house price. We found no appraisal or sale that supports it.
What Isn’t Public
We found no verified photo, floor plan, lot size, or room count for the house. Pages that describe the living room, kitchen, home gym, content studio, and children’s rooms use words like “likely” and “would”, which means they are guessing, so this guide does not describe interiors. For an actor whose purchase prices were checked against public property records, see our Dwayne Johnson house guide.
Key Features:
- A house in Brentwood, Tennessee, reported as bought in August 2023
- Price of about $3 million, repeated by several sites but not tied to a record we could open
- No public street, size, photos,s or floor plan
- Interior descriptions online are guesses
2. Where Does Alan Ritchson Live Now? Brentwood, Since 2023
Location: Brentwood, Tennessee
Status: Reported base since 2023; occupants not public
Brentwood in Recent Reports
HELLO! described him in September 2026 as based in Brentwood, Tennessee, near Nashville. A photo caption in the same piece says the former couple had home bases in both Florida and Tennessee. That caption does not match his 2023 comments about selling the Florida house, and it gives no address, so we treat his Tennessee home as his base and the Florida line as unconfirmed.
Having one stated base is simple compared with actors who keep homes in several states, as in our John Travolta house guide.
What Changed in 2026
A joint statement posted on September 12, 2026, said Alan and Catherine Ritchson had decided to end their marriage, and court records reported by several outlets show he filed in December 2025. The statement asked for privacy. We found no report on who lives in the Brentwood house today or whether it will be sold, so this guide does not guess.
3. The Florida Home He Sold
Location: Florida (town and street not confirmed)
Price: Not confirmed
Size: Not reported
Status: Sold in 2023
What He Said in 2023
Yahoo News UK, in a profile of the actor, notes that in 2023 Ritchson and his wife sold their Florida home so she and their three sons could travel with him from set to set. It quotes a Wall Street Journal interview in which he said the family now lives in Airbnbs and hotels while he is on set.
Some pages place the Florida house in Santa Rosa Beach and give a sale price of about $2.2 million. Those details trace back to a property blog and tracker sites, and we found no deed, listing, or sale record, so we do not treat them as established.
The Timeline Problem
This sits awkwardly beside the reported August 2023 Brentwood purchase. If the house was bought that summer, the family still described themselves as living in hotels and rentals afterwards, which could mean Brentwood was a base more than a full-time home. No source we found explains it, so we leave it open. For an actor with a long record of buying, selling, and relisting homes, see our Leonardo DiCaprio house guide.
4. The March 2026 Street Incident
Location: A residential street in his Brentwood neighborhood
Date: Sunday, March 22, 2026
Status: Investigation closed; no charges
What Police Said
WSMV reported that Brentwood police and the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office closed their investigation into a confrontation between Ritchson and a neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, with no criminal charges. Police said they had reviewed video and witness statements, that Ritchson’s actions “were found to be in self-defense”, and that he declined to pursue charges after a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered.
Reports say the dispute began over motorbike noise on residential streets, and Taylor and sources close to Ritchson gave different accounts of who started it. The incident happened on streets in his neighborhood and has no known link to the ownership or value of the house.
Alan Ritchson’s Property Overview
| Property or Topic | Location | Price | Status |

| Brentwood house | Brentwood, Tennessee | About $3M reported (August 2023) | Reported Tennessee base; occupants not public |
| Current base | Brentwood area | Not applicable | Reported as his base since 2023 |
| Florida house | Florida | Not confirmed; $2.2M circulates, unsourced | Sold in 2023 |
| Neighborhood incident | Brentwood | Not applicable | Closed March 24, 2026; no charges |
What’s Confirmed vs. What Isn’t
Several claims about his home do not line up across the web, so this section separates them.
- Where he lives. Two outlets place him in Brentwood. Neither names a street.
- Price. The $3 million figure is repeated widely, but we could not open a record behind it. The $3.1 million 2026 value has no source.
- Size and interiors. Nothing is verified, and online room descriptions are guesses.
- Florida home. The 2023 sale rests on his own comments as relayed by Yahoo News UK. The town and $2.2 million price rest on a property blog.
- Who lives there. Not public since the September 2026 announcement.
- Net worth. Estimates vary, so this guide gives none.
Conclusion
The Alan Ritchson house is a Brentwood, Tennessee home that is reported more than documented. Several sites say he paid about $3 million in August 2023; he has said he sold his Florida house the same year, and police closed the March 2026 street incident without charges. His wider real estate record is just as thin. What nobody has shown is a deed, a listing, or a verified photo, and the family’s 2026 separation means the current occupants are not public either. Treat the price and the details as reported figures. If a record or a clear statement appears, this page will be updated.
